Yongcheng is Fang Jian’s hometown, so he’s quite familiar with it, having been born and raised there. As he entered the sales office, he was greeted by several interested buyers. To his surprise, one of the women there recognized him. She was Aunt Chen, who lived in the same building as his family for years.

Fang Jian greeted her, and she expressed excitement about him returning to the country and inquired if he was looking to buy property and settle down nearby. Fang Jian smiled and said he was just looking around for now.

The salesperson was momentarily shocked, sizing up Fang Jian before saying, “There are a few 256-square-meter units, with six bedrooms, two living rooms, two walk-in closets, and four bathrooms. However, the price is a bit high.”

Having worked as a salesperson for many years, he had a knack for reading people. He knew the consumption level of the neighborhood where Aunt Chen lived.
