Chapter 15 – Even a One Year Old Needs a Friend

A few days have passed since the Pen Orchid Palace was turned upside down because of another incident, not the incident that happened because of Pupu.

I remember that day, and I was very, very quiet for a while. 

I couldn’t forget how Lucinda became like that because of me.

‘Her father disappeared and her sister died while giving birth.’

To Lucinda, I was her only family left. 

The fact that Lucinda’s love for me was far more desperate than I thought made me quiet.
