And at the center of it all was a CEO who may or may not be exactly equipped for this meeting.

"Hah…" Elizabeth rubbed her face as she stared out into the dark sea. "I really do find seafaring adventures too nauseating and transforming into a bat to travel is really strenuous for me as well. Why must he run away?"

And last but not the least, Bo Lifen was trying to reach out to him via a phone call.

Li Yang heard his phone vibrate, but as he went to pick it up—all of the women, or at least, Taiga and Ying Yue He dove for it and clamored for the phone. Luo Ju Di watched with an umaused look while Narissa rolled her eyes.

Chunhua watched with some interest how fast the two women moved and almost practically seemed so fast when moving. As a beast spirit who gained her human form, Taiga's speed was intense.

But Ying Yue He also learned an earth-rank technique that kept her speed up despite their definitive differences in cultivation levels. Right now, Taiga was the highest level cultivator and was probably even older than Narissa who was young at two hundred.

"Bossman, don't pay attention to work calls when we're talking!" Taiga pouted.

Ying Yue He quickly frowned and nodded as she tried to close the phone and didn't even bother to check who was calling. "There's a lot to be resolved right now, Yang."

Narissa stood up and though she wasn't as fast as the two women, took one look at their movements and nabbed the phone from Ying Yue He's hand and tossed it back to Li Yang. 

"I am not sure if we're dealing with women or children here. Answer your phone if it's work related or important,"  Narissa placed a hand on her hip and glanced at the two women. "They're not supposed to dictate things, that's a personal thing for you."

Li Yang raised a brow as he caught the phone and stared at Narissa and chuckled. "Thank you." He had to admit that for someone who was busy with her idol life, at least it meant that she had her priorities in check like him.

When he glanced down at the phone however, the call was already over and Bo Lifen's name was simply registered as a missed call. "Bo Lifen?" Li Yang blinked.

"That Tea Temptress probably butt-dialled you!" Taiga said.

Luo Ju Di scrunched up her face at the suggestion and thought it was ridiculous to assume that way. Even though she had a lack of context about who these people were and how it related to Li Yang, she understood women. 

Or people in general.

Most people sent text messages as they were able to convey information fast without needless trifle. For someone to call Li Yang, it must have been incredibly important or they needed to hear his voice. 

"You have to call her back, it might be important," Luo Ju Di said.

"Yeah, I was planning to do just that," Li Yang nodded his head and then looked at the cabal of women he was currently with. He knew that it was probably a wrong time to leave these women all alone as he might potentially return with them actually choking one another… but he needed to call Bo Lifen.

Even though everyone all had their varying level of interest on why Bo Lifen suddenly took precedence over Li Yang's harem, only one of them said a word. Ying Yue He herself was too busy panicking to actually react compared to the other cultivator.

"Well, don't take too long, Bossman." Taiga pouted. "There's a lot of things that you need to explain." 

In the Tigress Spirit's perception, it was unfair that Taiga who met Li Yang first before Ying Yue He this time and even chased him into the spiritual realm was at what she deemed to be a lower level.

Ying Yue He was the one who got the 'girlfriend' title. 

Taiga liked being part of Li Yang's family and was seen as an older sister figure to Chunhua, but a girlfriend was a more receptive title to her. Well, if Ying Yue He was going to be a girlfriend then she'd have a better role.

Once Li Yang left the door, Taiga glanced at all the other women and boldly said, "I am going to be his wife."

Panda saw the other women raise up hell at those words.
