Ji Nian felt enveloped in warmth, and the restlessness in her heart seemed to find solace. She leaned contentedly into the man's embrace, a sense of fulfillment she had always lacked.
After a good night's sleep, the next morning, it was already past 10 AM when they woke up.

"Work? You mean go earn money?" Yu Luobai smiled at her choice of words.
"Yes," Ji Nian replied.
Seeing her get up, Yu Luobai hugged her waist as they walked towards the door, cuddling affectionately.
"I'll be back to keep you company tonight," Yu Luobai tucked her disheveled hair behind her ear.
Ji Nian opened the door and pouted, "Bye, Master Yu."
Yu Luobai felt reluctant to leave. He kissed her cheek again, hugged her for a while, and said, "See you later."
Ji Nian nodded, seeing him still lingering, so she hurriedly pushed him out, urging, "Hurry up, or you'll be late."
Yu Luobai's lips curved into a smile as he nodded and walked out.
